Sonnet 098

So, I had deceived you my dearest love,
you are not the only one in my heart.
My affection may appear very suave,
and yes, I was insincere for that part.

Sonnet 058

You dazzle me with your beautiful smile,
and assure me with your gentle embrace.
Still, behind that angel face, something sly -
your deceit, such a remarkable trace.

Sonnet 037

Like the sweet fragrance of the morning bloom,
you caress the soul of my deep sorrow.
Your enlightened face brings hope to such gloom,
something to take heart until tomorrow.

Sonnet 010

When all may seem a chasing to the wind,
one should look back to gaze upon his path.
Man’s failure is never a cruel hint,
but, a challenge in life’s everyday math.
We aim to gain yet, often times we lose.
Many times we share with our helping hands.
Hence, we expect more from people we choose,
and respect the endearing knot that bonds.
There are moments of shadow then of light,
our roads ahead can be smooth or nasty.
Chances can be so futile – out of sight.
Alas, we walk onward, never to stay.
For man’s destiny is not of this world.
We go on our ways for His loving hold.

Getting  there…

Sonnet 047

My shining knight, I have seen you last night.
Solemnly you smiled, thus, I must forgive.
Again, you have taken my heart for flight.
In one brief moment, you let me believe.
My knight, once you were a beloved friend.
How I have laughed with you wholeheartedly.
Alas, something vile, within you a fiend!
My knight, you have crushed my soul wickedly.
I have given you my admiration,
as you gave me your  beautiful promise.
Yet, my great misfortune - your deception.
My dashing knight, let my love gone demise.
For I have forgotten you like a dream,
Your words, discarded in a loathsome stream.

Every maiden’s nightmare.
